RENTAL RATES: 

The check must be written by the current resident. 

The resident must be in good standing with the HOA. 

2 hour minimum

$50/hr for the first 2 hours

$25/hr for every additional hour

Once payment is received and the reservation has been approved, 

a confirmation email will be sent.
