Please utilize the calendar and make sure your desired dates are available before submitting your requests.
Requests will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
Please confirm that you are using a valid email address and contact
information. You must be a current resident of Harbors at Lake Chesterfield to rent the
clubhouse.
Once requests are submitted you will be sent an email response within 24-48 business hours and will have 24 hours to pay the rental fee
All requests must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the reservation date.
If the fee is not paid within 24 hours, the dates will be released.
Only one clubhouse booking is permitted each day.

An invoice will be emailed to you within 24 business hours.
ONLY credit card payments are accepted. NO checks or cash.
RENTAL RATES:
The resident must be in good standing with the HOA.
Rental Fee: Sunday-Thursday (non-holidays) $200.
Friday, Saturday, holidays $300.
Once payment is received and the reservation has been approved,
an email will be sent with confirmation of your reservation.
